GPU3 does minimal work

My GPU 3 doesnt seem to want to work to full load, has anyone come across this before, is there a solution.





My batch file looks like this

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer --scrypt -o http://mining.eu.hypernova.pw:3333 -u mrflibblehat.mrflibblehat -p V0y4g3r -I 16 -auto-gpu --auto-fan
