Reaper & Guiminer & cgminer crash

ive just bought a 7970 matrix
whenever i use  ANY software, it crashes..
no matter what settings...
let me give an example.


when i start reaper (any version) it shows thread started like 8 lines, and then it stops working.
cg miner is the same
