New to this concept but downloaded the litecoin wallet, shows 8 active connections and clicked the Mining button,Mining litecoin hashes at 11171 hashes per second. So will this produce litecoins and if so how long will it take before any appear. Does the 8 connections mean that only eight people/machines currently active.
